Please contact us to check availability of dates required prior to completing the booking form. Bookings will then be provisionally held for 7 days to allow for completion of the online booking form and payment of the required deposit.

Deposits received for holidays at Magic Cove signifies acceptance of our booking conditions. Please ensure you have read them.

We are a family site and regret that we can only accept new bookings from families and couples. We may accept other booking types at our discretion.

A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week booked must be paid before we can process and confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is payable on arrival by either BACS, debit/credit card or cash.

Cancellations - deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-let your pitch, depending on the timescale involved. However, if we are unable to do so, you WILL be liable to pay the full balance of your holiday.

During Your Stay...

Pitches are available from 12-noon on day of arrival and are to be vacated by 11:00 am on day of departure.

Parents/guardians must be responsible for their children at all times. Young children should be accompanied by an adult in the toilet block.

Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, etc. are NOT to be ridden on the site. Ball games, Frisbees, etc. are NOT to be played on the site. This is in the interest of safety and consideration to others.

Please be reminded that the toilet block is strictly a non-smoking area.

We cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the site. They can be exercised without restriction on 3 acres of land above and adjoining the site. Please respect other users by clearing up after your dog and depositing in the waste bins provided.

Late night noise - we respectfully ask that all noise is kept to an absolute minimum after 10.30 pm in the interest of consideration to other guests.

Please place disposable barbecues on bricks available, in order to protect the grass.

The site should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please put rubbish in the bins provided.

Visitors are permitted, however we ask that extra cars are either parked on your pitch (space permitting), or in one of the public car parks near the beach.

We reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation, where the behaviour of persons or their pets may impair the health, comfort or enjoyment of other guests.

We reserve the right to reasonably amend our Booking Conditions if and when the need arises.
