CHARGES PER NIGHT 2009 PITCH FEE includes:- EITHER Caravan & Awning, Motor Caravan & Awning, Tent, Trailer Tent or Folding Camper Two Adults One Car Hot and Cold water to Basins & Sinks Shaver & Power Point (Gents) Power Point (Ladies) Water & Drain adjacent to each pitch Showers operate on a 10p meter (10p lasts for 2½ minutes) Children under Two FREE ONE CHILD FREE (2-15 years) - between 18^thJuly & 29^th August 7 Day Minimum Booking Between 18^th July & 29^th August (Starting and Finishing on Saturday or Sunday) And also Spring Bank Holiday (23^rd to 30^th May) All other dates - Mid-Week or Part-Week Bookings Accepted

Pitches available from 12 Noon on day of arrival, to be vacated by 11.00 am on day of departure. Parents/guardians must be responsible for their children at all times. Young children should be accompanied by an adult in the toilet block. We cannot accept responsibility for personal injury, loss or damage to property. DOGS must be kept on a lead at all times on site, they can be exercised without restriction on 3 acres of land above and adjoining the site. Please respect other users and clear up. BICYCLES, SCOOTERS, SKATEBOARDS, etc must not be ridden and Football, Cricket or other BALL GAMES, FRISBEES, ETC are not to be played on the site in the interest of safety and annoyance to other caravanners and campers. THANK YOU LATE NIGHT NOISE - We respectfully ask that all noise is kept to an absolute minimum after 11.00 pm in the interest of consideration to other guests. BARBECUES - Please place disposable barbecues on the concrete blocks provided, in order to protect the grass. The site should be kept clean and tidy at all times. Please put rubbish in the bins provided. We reserve the right to terminate a booking without compensation, where the behaviour of persons or their pets, may impair the health, comfort or enjoyment of other guests. CANCELLATIONS - Deposits are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your booking please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-let your pitch, but depending on the timescale involved, you could be liable to pay the full balance of your holiday. HOW TO BOOK Please contact us to check availability of dates required prior to completing the booking form. Complete the booking form and send together with your deposit within 7 days. We will then send confirmation of your booking back to you in the post.
